Who we are
HRSS is the outsourced HR and industrial-relations partner for South African employers. We give small and medium businesses the senior HR expertise they would struggle to justify hiring full-time — and we give larger organisations an independent, specialist hand for the matters that carry real risk, chief among them disciplinary hearings.

NDip HR Management · Advanced Labour Law (Unisa) · LDRP (Wits). Thirteen years in HR management at Tiger Brands and ABI (SABMiller), with deep expertise in industrial relations, HR strategy and employment equity. Derrick chairs and advises on the firm's disciplinary and IR work.
