Harriet is dynamic in her role as it balances meticulous payroll oversight, HR compliance and strategic alignment. With a Global Remuneration Professional Certification (World at Work) and over 10 800 employees across three payroll systems under her guidance, she is the compliance authority, covering BBEEE, workplace skills plan and employment equity. Her expertise extends to legislative compliance, including tax, employment equity, skills development and retirement reforms. When she is not working, Harriet is an avid outdoor enthusiast and reader, bringing a diverse perspective to the team’s dynamic culture.
